Accepting these terms

By using this website, creating an account, or joining an event, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the platform, harass other members, or violate these terms.

Bookings and participation

A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it. Spots are limited and allocated in order of confirmation.

Adventure activities carry inherent risk. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness and health for an activity, disclosing relevant medical conditions, and following instructions from our event leads on the ground.

We may modify or cancel an event for reasons of safety, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Where we cancel, our refund policy applies.

Conduct

The tribe works because people look out for each other. Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behaviour, or damage to property will result in removal from an event without refund.

Content

Content you post — stories, community notes, photos — remains yours, but you grant us permission to display it on the platform and in our promotional material.

We may photograph or film events. Tell an event lead if you prefer not to appear in published media.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the event in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
