Refund Policy

If we cancel an event

When Monkey Minded cancels an event for any reason — weather, safety, or insufficient numbers — you receive a full refund of what you paid, or the option to transfer the full amount to another event.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically settle within 7 to 10 business days.

If you cancel

Refunds for participant cancellations follow the schedule set out in our cancellation policy, which depends on how far ahead of the event you cancel.

Some costs — permits, non-refundable stays, and transport booked on your behalf — cannot be recovered once committed, and are deducted from any refund.

Non-refundable situations

No refund is issued for no-shows, for leaving an event early, or for removal from an event due to conduct that breaches our terms.

Fees for services already delivered at the time of cancellation are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Contact us with your booking reference and the reason for the request. We will confirm the outcome and, where a refund applies, the amount and timeline.
