When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and profile photo. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information from Google.

When you book or enquire about an event, we collect the details you submit in that form. We also record basic usage analytics to understand which pages and events people find useful.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate your account, confirm and manage bookings, respond to enquiries, and send you updates about events you have shown interest in.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform — for example our hosting and database providers — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though signing in will not work without the essential ones.

Data retention and security

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure, protected by access rules that restrict who can read and write each record.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your dashboard settings, or by contacting us.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us and we will action your request within a reasonable period.
