How to cancel

Cancel from your dashboard bookings page, or contact us with your booking reference. Your cancellation takes effect from the time we receive it, which determines which tier below applies.

Cancellation tiers

More than 14 days before the event: full refund, less any non-recoverable costs already committed on your behalf.

7 to 14 days before: 50 percent of the amount paid is refunded, or you may transfer your spot to another event at full value.

Less than 7 days before: the booking is non-refundable, because permits, stays, and transport are already committed at this point.

Transferring your spot

You may transfer your booking to another person at no charge up to 48 hours before the event. Send us their details so we can update permits and safety records.

Changes by Monkey Minded

If we change an event's date or location materially, you may cancel for a full refund regardless of timing. See our refund policy for how those refunds are processed.

Weather and safety

Outdoor events depend on conditions. If we judge an activity unsafe, we will postpone or cancel it and apply the full-refund terms — your safety is never a commercial decision.
